My journey from a physics lab in Italy to AI and finance in Toronto
My work has been shaped by two disciplines: one gave me the tools to understand how systems actually behave, the other set the standards I hold myself to.
The short version

Both trained for around full-time work and study. Neither came easily, which is exactly why they're here.

What shaped my work
Service & accelerated learning
While pursuing my background in physics, I served with the Italian Red Cross and managed event operations at major athletic venues across Novara, Milan, Turin and Bergamo.
Operating in these dynamic environments reinforced two core principles: how to execute effectively under high-pressure conditions, and how to rapidly master new capabilities when performance is mission-critical. This foundation drives my hands-on approach to skill acquisition and technical ownership.
International experience & professional growth
In 2023, I transitioned from a stable analytics background in Italy to pursue advanced studies in North America, triggering a period of rapid professional expansion.
Immersing myself in multicultural, international environments refined my communication, expanded my language proficiency in English and Spanish, and elevated my cross-cultural collaboration. Technically, this period accelerated my specialization into data quality analysis, transitioning my financial focus toward market strategy and investment principles.
Current focus & operational standards
Today, I evaluate large language model outputs against complex rubrics as an AI Trainer, while studying Computer Programming at George Brown College.
Concurrently, I develop open-source analytical frameworks in finance and human performance, publishing my methodology in full for empirical validation. I bring this same standard to every team: high analytical precision, documented methodology, and rigorous execution.
